In the summer 2020, the charity Help for Heroes approached Osca to develop online sessions to train their practitioners in better supporting the veterans they serve. The target audience was a combination of their mental health and physical reablement teams and they attended the core two-day course, split over four half-day sessions to maximise engagement.
The following is some feedback from participants:
“Very well organised online experience. The use of the interactive whiteboard was very useful. The course content was supported by professionally produced course materials. The facilitators delivered in an engaging and knowledgeable way involving the group in lively discussion; this was even more impressive as it was all delivered online (no mean feat). Overall a great course that was very well facilitated and structured.”
