Coaching for HealthIn 2023, Osca has been commissioned to deliver Coaching for Health training as part of a wider Personalised Care systems change.
The overall programme includes a communications strategy to raise awareness amongst carers and patients about the importance of their involvement, as well as introducing evaluation systems to measure their perceived engagement by practising clinicians. As part of the support for health professionals, Osca will be training each of the nominated Personalised Care Champions from every general practice. To ensure it fits in with their busy workloads, the course will be delivered in bitesize lunchtime sessions, along with a face-to-face final reflection session to help ensure the impact is sustained.
