Programmes

In 2021, 2022, and 2025, Lambeth Council commissioned Osca alongside Imperial College to help develop their health lifestyle programme ‘Ready, Steady, Go!’ aimed at children at risk of obesity and their families. This involved working to integrate coaching methodologies into the referral and assessment stages, along with group sessions aimed at enhancing healthy diet and activities. Osca has delivered training courses to the programme leaders and continues to be involved in supporting them to manage challenging situations.
