Coaching for HealthIn 2025, Osca worked with the Ealing Training Hub (with the work now extending across wider North West London) to integrate Coaching for Health skills into care planning conversations, initially focused on people living with frailty and mental health needs. Following initial workshops to understand the conversational and systemic issues at play, we developed and delivered a pilot training that applied the Coaching for Health toolkit to care planning — including an adapted version of the TGROW model designed to work alongside the care planning template. Discussions are currently underway about expanding the programme into a Train the Trainer across the wider ICS.
