In 2025, Osca was commissioned by the Islington Federation to adapt the Coaching for Health skillset for GP receptionists, with a particular focus on managing challenging conversations with patients. The work included examining the dynamics that make patient-receptionist interactions difficult, and developing practical approaches to improve them for the benefit of both parties. The training has since been rolled out alongside a wider support package to help managers embed the skills consistently across their teams.
