In 2026, Osca is working with a number of specialist teams across the Barts NHS Trust — including the neurotrauma, severe asthma, and specialist ENT teams — to integrate Coaching for Health skills into their work with patients. The approach begins with understanding each team’s specific challenges in supporting patients towards self-management and positive health outcomes, and co-creating workable approaches drawing on the Coaching for Health methodology. Team members are then offered bespoke training and ongoing support, with the option to integrate evaluation metrics to track progress over time.
