Coaching for HealthBetween 2024 and early 2026, Osca delivered a comprehensive Train the Trainer programme for North Central London, equipping health professionals across the ICB to deliver the Coaching for Health core course to colleagues supporting the personalised care LCS. The trainers now deliver both the core course and ongoing refresher sessions, enabling local staff to continue embedding the skills in their work with patients.
